Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Custom Catholic Candles.

The following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

  1. Shipping Processing Time: All orders are processed within 5-7 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
  2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.  Domestic Shipping within Australia): $15 flat rate. Estimated delivery: 2-8 business days.
  3. International Shipping: We currently do not offer International shipping at this time. 
  4. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number. Tracking information will be active within 24 hours. 
  5. Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages: Custom Catholic Candles is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim. 
  6. Incorrect Address or Returns: If an incorrect address is provided, and the package is returned, the customer is responsible for additional shipping fees to resend the item.
